The Cooking-Gourmet Pkg in Umbria entails:
2 nights (Deluxe room or Suite) at Convento di Agghielli (Spoleto, Umbria) with arrival on Friday afternoon and departure on Sunday morning
1 cooking lesson from 10:00 AM to 1 PM on Saturday
2 Gourmet candlelight dinners with DOC / IGT wines and local typical food (1 dinner based on Norcia’s salami and cheeses, homemade pasta and biological meat; 1 dinner based on Norcia’s famous truffles, with homemade spelt “tozzetti”)
